1. What brings you to MIRROR at this point in your life? Describe the inner movement, the recognition, or the sense of readiness that guides you toward this work. Write from the part of you that understands the significance of this moment.
*
2. When you reflect on your erotic life, what patterns feel most consistent or revealing? This may include the way desire rises, retreats, shifts, or stabilises; the roles you occupy inside intimacy; or the internal choreography that appears.
3. How does your body communicate with you during intimacy or erotic anticipation? Describe the sensations, shifts, or signals that appear before, during, or after closeness. Explore the way your body prepares, protects, or expresses itself.
4. Which internal identities or roles appear most strongly in your intimate relationships? Consider the part of you that steps forward when someone desires you, approaches you emotionally, or evokes erotic energy.
5. Which early or formative environments shaped your sense of closeness, attention, power, or erotic energy? This does not require explicit detail. Focus on the meaning those environments created, the sense of yourself that was formed.
6. How do you experience desire? Describe the rhythm, texture, or behaviour of your desire. Explore the conditions that welcome it, the moments that quiet it, and the meanings that weave through your experience of longing or arousal.
7. How do boundaries, permission, and agency express themselves in your erotic life? Write about the internal movements that appear when you choose, receive, lead, follow, or express yourself. Consider where your voice strengthens, where it softens etc.
8. What becomes visible in you as intimacy approaches; emotionally or physically? Describe the inner choreography that rises when you sense closeness: thoughts, bodily sensations, shifts in identity, changes in pacing, emerging expectations, or emotions.
9. Who do you become in your private erotic world with yourself? Without describing explicit acts, speak to the identity that appears when you are alone with your desire — the part of you that leads, the part that recedes, the part that reveals etc.
10. What transformation or understanding feels most important for you at this stage of your life? Write about the clarity you seek, the identity you feel ready to meet, or the place in your erotic world that calls for evolution.
11. What else feels meaningful to share as we begin this work? This final space belongs entirely to you. Anything that feels essential for me to hold as we enter MIRROR may be written here.
